So You’ve Heard the Science – How Do We Save the World?
Speakers: Barry Brook and Corey Brandshaw
Host: Simon Divecha
The Co-Directors of the Climate and Ecology Centre at the University of Adelaide’s Environment Institute – Professor Corey Bradshaw and Professor Barry Brook, are amongst a new generation of scientists cutting their teeth on climate change science. Their work, informed by the trail-blazers of the field, catalyses new ways to think about our futures – pushing our frontiers to help answer the challenges we all face. Both are passionate communicators. Both want to see hard-won scientific evidence used for meaningful sustainability shifts. They will jointly ponder the application, and frustration, of science in changing public consciousness and our society’s policies.
Sunday 7.00pm (University of Adelaide Pavillion)
